I study Building Technology and Management in Hong Kong Polytechnic University and I had been working in the Hong Kong Building Industry for 18 years. I also obtained some British professional qualifications in this field such as The Charter Institute of Building, The Charter Institute of Arbitrators and The Association of Cost Engineers etc.
I immigrated to US from Hong Kong in 1988. I have been working in Real Estate in San Francisco Bay Area since 1991.
